Dr. Wang Hong, graduated from Ocean University of China with PHD Degree in engineering. He has profound expertise in physical oceanography, marine environment science and information technology. He is dedicated to marine policy, marine strategic planning, marine economy and management. Dr. Wang Hong has been served as Administrator of the State Oceanic Administration, the People’s Republic of China since 2015.
