Brad Wiley works as a Policy Officer and Field Offices Coordinator for the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (IATTC), which is headquartered in La Jolla, California, and which also serves as the Secretariat for the Agreement on the International Dolphin Conservation Program (AIDCP).

He joined the IATTC in 2013, having previously worked in the Office of International Affairs of the NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service, U.S. Department of Commerce where he was a member of the U.S. delegations to international organizations and RFMOs/RFBs. Mr. Wiley has a dual education and work background in the areas of environmental law and marine biology.

He received a Master of Science degree in marine biology in 1996, followed by a Juris Doctor degree in 2001.

His previous professional experience also includes work for the Center for International Environmental Law in Washington, DC., the Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center in Portland, OR, the University of Kansas Department of Ichthyology, and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.
